With most perfume adverts there's no direct tie to the quality of the ingredients or how it smells. It's normally just some vague homage/pastiche to this apparent sense of joy, lust, mystery, danger or thrill that this perfume is supposed to overwhelm you and anyone that comes near you. I find it's overused and kinda cringe.
The formulas to easy; attractive lead breaking out r rebelling in some grand setting, while a stream of admirers chases them out of pure lust. The budget deodorant company Lynx follows this same aesthetic in their adverts but with a clear sense of irony involved.
I think a set of adverts of that directly comment on the quality of the perfume could also be kinda funny if they pay a slight homage to those overused pastiches in adverts.
The outcome could be a set of adverts and/or branding for the 'new elusive' perfume.
